Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake delivered her annual state of the city address Monday. Since the majority of the speech focused on crime we made a list of upbeat things happening around Charm City. Plus, Berlin, Md. is one of 15 finalists in the running for Budget Travel’s “Coolest Small Towns in America.” We have how you can help them win.
