Two-thousand Buffalo State College students are sending a message to Albany to stop the Governor David Paterson’s proposed $152million in cuts to the Tuition Assistance Program. YNN’s Nicki Mayo reports the students say they can’t afford higher tuition and cuts to financial aid.
