Cheverly STEM Education Center (Cheverly, Md.) Public Speaking students delivered small group and partner presentations Tuesday March 8, 2016. Class A (ages 9-12) created mock commercials trying to motivate parents of home schooled students to enroll their children in the center. Class B (ages 12-17) presented various reports on STEM topics. This exercise showcases students’ ability to deliver informative speeches that persuade the audience. This also tests heir ability to work in small groups using interpersonal communication. This is their TWELFTH recorded assignment
