An East Baltimore poet is blowing minds with his rhymes. Afaa Michael Weaver has won the top prize of $100,000 in the Kingsley Tufts Poetry Award. Plus, Baltimore County rolled out their “Go Mobile” online system, similar to Baltimore City’s 311 program. It’s designed to connect residents and code inspectors. And Utz potato chips are transforming Harborplace for National Potato Chip Day.
