March Madness is headed to Western New York as 19,000 college basketball fans are expected to fill downtown Buffalo for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. First and second round games are scheduled Friday and Sunday. YNN’s Nicki Mayo reports on the preparations to welcome fans and help them get around the Queen City.
