04/16/10: Buffalo-Niagara 8.6% March unemployment rate filled with temporary work

The March unemployment rate in Western New York was down from 9.2% to 8.6%. YNN’s Nicki Mayo reports the Buffalo-Niagara region is seeing a surge in temporary work.
