A Johnson City teenager is using the internet to make inroads in broadcast journalism.
Science Hill Sophomore Jonathan Radford wants to become a reporter.
He’s the brains behind Eyewitnes9.com a news website covering the Tri-Cities.

The 16-year-old is a one-man-band writing, shooting and editing his webcasts.
The tenor saxophone player with a 3.5 grade point average is also active with his church youth and health ministries.
Last summer he traveled Europe 21 days as a “People to People” ambassador to the British Isles.
This summer Jonathan plans to attend journalism camp at Belmont University in Nashville.
