04/30/10: Signatures spark fraud investigation in Buffalo School Board elections

Buffalo School Board elections are Tuesday, but there’s already controversy swirling around the signatures on one candidate’s petitions. YNN’s Nicki Mayo reports some of the signatures were forged and at least two of the people are deceased.
