Maryland Institute College of Art student Kevin Zweerink developed the Brewseful free coffee app that takes the tension out the daily grind of your morning brew. Plus, the Handybook app features hundreds of Baltimore-bonded service providers to help with repairs, plumbing, electrical and cleaning chores. And the Baltimore Parking Authority looking into parking mobile apps like Codi Park or Easy Park which allows you to pay your ticket or find an open spot right from your phone.
