Two teens face time in Tennessee state custody for an accident that killed a Tri-Cities woman.

The fiery crash March 2nd in Bristol, TN is landing the two unidentified teens in juvenile court Wednesday morning.

A 15 year old driver and her 17 year old passenger have been placed on house arrest. The suspects are accused of underage drinking and vehicular homicide in the death of Kristal Walsh.

According to police reports, the driver lost control of the Dodge pickup truck and struck Walsh’s home at the corner of Carolina Avenue and Hazelwood Street.

The vehicle careened into Walsh’s home, right where she was resting on her couch. A gas stove exploded and that set the house on fire. Investigators later found Walsh’s body pinned under the truck. Walsh would have turned 35 years old last week.
