Pennsylvania’s only Black owned and operated talk radio station plans to salute the man that helped get them on the air. WURD Radio (96.1FM / 900AM / WURDRadio.com / WURDApp) will honor the legacy of the late Founder Walter P. Lomax, Jr., MD Friday August 25 from 7a.m. to 7p.m.
The daylong celebration kicks off at the Central Branch Of The Free Library Of Philadelphia in the Skyline Room, located at 1901 Vine Street.
