A federal judge in Buffalo has delayed making a decision on Seneca Indian Nation’s request for a restraining order that would temporarily block New York State from enforcing new tax laws on the tribe’s cigarette sales. YNN’s Nicki Mayo tells us about the ruling and now it will affect the new law set to go into effect next week.
