The cold temperatures and snowy roads in Western New York are taking their toll on drivers and their vehicles. AAA road service technicians came to the aid of 515,455 Upstate New Yorkers in 2010. YNN’s Nicki Mayo tells us how area AAA rescue crews are responding to the high volume of calls for help.
