Two feet of snow fell in some areas in South Buffalo causing the city to issue a travel ban Thursday into early Friday morning. YNN’s Nicki Mayo tells us why even though the travel ban was lifted Friday morning; many roads remain impassable as neighbors are helping one another dig out.
