A journey from Owings Mills to Johannesburg. The Jemicy School in Owings Mills is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Plus, everyone always says smart phones and electronics are ruining your sleep, but the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is sort of debunking that, by taking to social media and getting a jump on “World Sleep Day” Friday. And, Baltimore native Mo’Nique sheds 100 pounds to prepare for her latest role in the film “Blackbird” which flies into theaters in 2014.
