Will Power – yes, that is the driver’s name – bested the competition to win the 500-mile auto race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway on Sunday. As he celebrated his first win at the famed racetrack with the traditional milk bath, one of the drenched casualties was the 2018 festival queen scholar, Natalie Murdock.
Murdock was crowned the 500 Festival Queen Scholar on May 19 as part of the festivities leading up to the annual race usually held during the Memorial Day weekend.
