If you’re looking for the employees at some Buffalo area Key Bank branches this afternoon, you’ll want to look at around your local community. About 2/3 of the branches are closed this afternoon for an area wide service project.
From the South towns to Niagara Falls, Key Bank is reaching out to clean up neighborhoods across Western New York.More than 7,500 KeyCorp employees will canvass the area as part of the “Neighborhoods Make the Difference” day. Since we’re talking about a bank… You’re probably wondering how much this service project cost. The employees are donating about 30000 sweat-equity hours worth about $600,000.
